These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Veltra. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our other policies displayed on our website.

“We”, “Us”, “Our” – Refers to Veltra and ZOOMI AS.
“You”, “Your” – Refers to the customer or user of our website.
“Business Days” – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Norway.
All prices are stated in the local currency of the store viewed and include VAT and applicable duties.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Payment is charged only when your order is dispatched, using the payment methods displayed on our website.
You must ensure that the payment method used is valid and belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and are stated in our Shipping Policy.
You must provide accurate delivery information; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 60 calendar days from the date you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at info@veltra-shop.com.
Change of mind returns require items to be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our fault (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your returned goods, using the original payment method unless you choose store credit.
Certain items are excluded from returns, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Your purchase is covered by your statutory consumer rights under applicable law in your country of residence (including Norway/EU, the UK, and Australia).
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@veltra-shop.com with details and photos where applicable.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper maintenance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
We are liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, except where prohibited by law.
You must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete contact and delivery information.
You must ensure you have the legal right to use any payment method used for your purchase.
You must not misuse our website or services, including engaging in fraud, abusive behaviour, or activities that disrupt our operations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oslo District Court, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes related to your online purchase.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
